The soft-touch, flat, rounded bristles of the Eyeshadow Depositing Brush No. 14 are ideal for depositing compact, powdered shadows, pigments and glitter onto the eyelids. Usage Tip Before application, remove excess product from the bristles by tapping lightly on the back of your hand and apply to the eyelids with light touches.
