Exchanges and Returns

1 General conditions

All events involving exchange or return must be made within a period of up to 7 (seven) days, counting from the date of delivery, and must be communicated to our customer service department.

Baskstore is exempt from the obligation to respond to requests for exchange or return of any product returned without such communication, after the deadline or with missing items/accessories that accompany it.

2 When to refuse the product

The products are sent to the customer exactly as they were delivered to us by the manufacturer. If any of the following situations occur, refuse receipt and write the reason for refusal on the back of the Danfe:

  • open or damaged packaging;
  • damaged product;
  • product not in accordance with the order;
  • lack of accessories.

If you still accept the product, please contact customer service via email or phone within 72 hours.

3 Exchange or cancellation of purchase

The return of any product can only be made within a period of up to 7 (seven) days, counting from the delivery date. During this period, if the product is defective, or if you are not satisfied with the purchase, please contact us with Baskstore and request the exchange.

To exchange a product, the following conditions must be observed:

  • the product must be sent in the original packaging, without signs of use, without breaking the manufacturer's original seal, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document), the manual and all accessories.

3.1 Return by post

If the product, together with the packaging in which it was delivered, weighs less than 15 kg and its dimensions do not exceed 105 cm in height, 105 cm in width and 105 cm in length, the return can be made by post.

We will send, by email, the postage code that must be presented at the Post Office. This process is free.

To post the product, follow the instructions:

  • Pack the product in its original packaging or similar;
  • return all items/accessories that accompany the product;
  • enclose the second copy of the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document) received at the time of delivery. It is essential that it is sent so that the product can be identified;
  • Report, on the back of the DANFE, the reason for the return.

IMPORTANT: Franchise Post Offices (AGF) do not accept the use of the posting authorization instrument. Post at your own Post Office.

3 Deadline for resolving the exchange

Baskstore has up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the returned product, to verify whether the request meets the requirements of the Exchange and Returns Policy. If so, it will send another product to the customer.

4 Refund of the amount paid

Baskstore will refund the amounts paid using the same payment method chosen in the purchasing process.

For purchases paid by credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the refund will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, all at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The refund period depends on the card administrator.

For purchases paid by bank slip or direct debit, the refund will be made via bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only to the buyer's current account, which must be individual. The current account holder's CPF must be the same as that stated in the order (customer's CPF).

The refund of amounts will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the returned product(s).
