Shipping Policy
BaskStore, in order to always provide a good browsing and purchasing experience for its visitors, sets out in this document our shipping policy, which involves several important topics at the time of finalizing the purchase, shipping, and receiving the product by the requester. When making and finalizing a purchase, the User will automatically agree to the shipping rules and policies established here.
- The shipping cost calculation will be based directly on the zip code provided by the buyer at the time of checkout. We deliver throughout the Brazilian territory and the value may vary in relation to different locations in the country, according to the carrier's current price list.
- Purchases with free shipping will have their conditions directly linked to the purchase price, which will always be displayed on the main page of our website.
- If the product is missing from our stock, the buyer will be contacted within 3 (THREE) business days, via email or telephone (provided upon registration).
- The order will always be delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer, via post, within the deadline stipulated by the store, which becomes valid after payment has been validated by the banking system. Confirmation deadlines are 2 (TWO) business days for purchases via credit card. After payment validation, we have 1 (HUM) business day to send it.
- The postal system makes 3 (THREE) delivery attempts to the requested address. If unsuccessful, the merchandise will be taken to the nearest post office and will need to be picked up by the recipient, who must be carrying an identification document.
- If the document withdrawal deadline (established by the carrier) is exceeded, the order will be returned to the sender. We can send it again, but the shipping cost will be charged (stipulated at the time of checkout).
